1 Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HengYi Packaging Solutions ("HengYi," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our cosmetic packaging manufacturing services, website, and related services.

By engaging our services, placing orders, or accessing our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2 Services Description

HengYi provides comprehensive cosmetic packaging solutions including:

  • Custom packaging design
  • Mold development
  • Quality assurance

Additional Services

  • Material sourcing
  • Surface treatments
  • Logistics coordination
  • Technical consultation

3 Order Terms & Conditions

Minimum order: 10,000+ pieces. Samples available within 7 business days. By submitting you agree to our privacy policy.

4 Payment Terms

  • Payment by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), or approved payment methods
  • Currency: USD, EUR, or CNY as agreed in the contract

6 Intellectual Property

Client retains ownership of all proprietary designs, trademarks, and specifications provided. HengYi maintains confidentiality and will not reproduce client-specific designs for third parties without written consent.

Important Notice

Clients are responsible for ensuring their designs do not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights. HengYi is not liable for any IP infringement claims related to client-provided designs.

7 Limitation of Liability

HengYi's liability for any claims related to our products or services shall not exceed the total contract value. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Warranty Period

Products are warranted for 12 months from delivery date against manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.

8 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Shenzhen, China, under the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) rules.
